Read the meditation slowly
I sit quietly and step back from the rush of information around me. For a moment I do not need another opinion, another notification or another argument.
I return to the awareness of the soul — the inner student who can observe, understand and choose.
In my mind I turn toward the Supreme, the One who is beyond human limitation and personal agenda.
I allow myself to become teachable. I release the need to already know everything. I ask inwardly: what is the most truthful, peaceful and benevolent way to see this situation?
I imagine the light of spiritual wisdom making the intellect clean and clear. Confusion begins to settle because I am no longer reacting from pressure.
I take one principle with me: before acting, become still; before judging, understand; before speaking, choose words that preserve dignity.
I return to my responsibilities with a learner's mind and a peaceful heart.
