God Is Always With Me
7 minDivine Connection
A meditation for times of loneliness, uncertainty or emotional heaviness. The focus is on experiencing the Supreme as a steady presence rather than depending completely on changing human situations.

Read the meditation slowly
I sit quietly and let the body relax. I notice the feeling that I must handle everything alone, and I gently put that belief down.
I am a soul, a point of living awareness. My deepest identity is not loneliness; it is consciousness, peace and the capacity to connect.
I turn the mind toward the Supreme Soul, a constant source of love and strength.
Human beings may be busy, far away or unable to understand everything I feel. The Supreme does not become unavailable in the same way.
I allow myself to rest in this thought: I am seen, I am known, and I can draw strength from a relationship that does not depend on mood or distance.
I send one worry upward and receive one quality in return — peace, courage, patience or hope.
As I continue with the day, I keep the awareness: I can pause and reconnect at any time.
