Read the meditation slowly
I become aware of the light of the soul and let the body soften.
I do not need to react to every difference immediately.
Tolerance is not weakness. It is the strength to remain stable long enough to understand what response is truly useful.
I draw on peace, compassion and self-respect.
I can keep a clear boundary without filling my mind with hostility.
For this minute I choose inner strength over irritation.
I respond when necessary, but I do not surrender my peace.
