A local place for meditation and spiritual learning
The Quezon City Meditation Center provides a place to pause, reflect and explore Raja Yoga without needing previous experience. The center is at Unit 8A, Acacia Place Condominium, 21st Avenue, Quezon City. Visitors may come because they want greater inner calm, because they are curious about meditation or because they would like to understand the spiritual ideas behind Raja Yoga.
How Raja Yoga approaches the mind
Raja Yoga does not demand complete mental silence. It encourages us to notice the thoughts we are producing and become more selective about the direction we give them. Within Brahma Kumaris teachings, the self is understood as the soul—the conscious being who thinks, feels and chooses. Beginners can explore this understanding gradually through discussion and personal meditation experience.
Begin at your own pace
There is no need to arrive knowing spiritual terminology or having practised meditation before. Introductory sessions can combine explanation with quiet reflection. The aim is to understand the method, experience it and decide what is useful through your own practice. Brahma Kumaris traditionally offers Raja Yoga meditation and spiritual learning without a course fee.
