A local place for meditation in the Bicol region
The Naga Meditation Centre provides a local place where people can explore Raja Yoga, reflect on the mind and meet others interested in spiritual self-awareness. People come with different motivations: some want greater inner calm, some are interested in positive thinking and others simply want to understand what meditation actually involves.
Start with awareness rather than silence
A common beginner worry is that the mind is too busy to meditate. Raja Yoga does not require you to solve that problem before you start. The activity of the mind becomes part of what you learn to observe. Brahma Kumaris Raja Yoga introduces the understanding of the self as the soul—the conscious being behind thoughts, feelings and choices.
Learn at your own pace
If you are new to meditation, you can explore gradually through explanation and practical experience. There is no need to use difficult physical postures or achieve a special state. Brahma Kumaris traditionally offers Raja Yoga meditation and spiritual learning without a course fee. Contact the centre or view current programs to find a suitable starting point.
