Current policy status
The August 2026 BKPSFI Social Media and Communications Governance Framework is marked Draft for Internal Consultation. This website is implementing its standards as a working governance baseline while formal organisational review and approval remain with BKPSFI.
brahmakumarisph.com has been formally approved for official BKPSFI use. The temporary reconstructed 2026 web logo remains pending replacement or confirmation when official master brand artwork becomes available. When official master brand artwork is supplied, it can replace the current web reconstruction without changing the website structure.
Spiritual & editorial integrity
- Content should be warm, peaceful, respectful, non-political and service-oriented.
- Raja Yoga and BK teaching content should be checked by a knowledgeable BK student or teacher before it is treated as approved teaching.
- Direct quotations from Murlis, senior teachers or BK publications must be source-verified.
- Health and meditation claims should be factual, proportionate and not presented as medical treatment.
- Personal opinion must not be presented as an official BKPSFI position.
AI-assisted content
- AI may assist drafting, research organisation, translation and website production.
- AI-generated spiritual teaching is not automatically authoritative.
- AI-assisted teaching content should move through Draft → Needs BK Review → Approved → Published.
- AI must not manufacture quotations or imply that generated wording is a direct BapDada, Murli or senior-teacher quote.
- Automated technical processes may continue without spiritual-content approval.
Photography & media
- Use centre-approved or otherwise authorised photographs and videos.
- Event participants should be informed when photography or video is taking place and given a reasonable opt-out.
- Children and vulnerable participants require stronger consent procedures.
- Media records should identify source, permission status and approval where practical.
- Images should be reviewed periodically and removed when no longer appropriate.
Brand identity
- Use the 2026 Philippines branding system consistently.
- Use RGB/SVG artwork for the website where possible.
- Do not distort, recolour or casually reconstruct different versions page-by-page.
- The V8.8 logo files are best-match web reconstructions, not claimed official master artwork.
- Official master artwork should replace the reconstructed files when supplied.
Privacy by design
- Browsing the website should not require a person to identify themselves.
- Information is collected only when someone chooses to submit a form or save information to the server.
- Analytics are configured for aggregate site improvement, not advertising profiles.
- Local practice progress may stay in the visitor's browser rather than being sent as an identity profile.
- Data should not be sold or rented to advertisers.
Accountability
- Centre-level content remains the responsibility of the appropriate Centre Coordinator/authorised team.
- Organisational positions, partnerships, sensitive topics and crisis communications require higher-level review.
- A formal Data Protection Officer/contact should be published after BKPSFI confirms the appointment.
- Governance, account access, brand use and privacy practices should be reviewed regularly.
What V8.9 changes technically
V8.9 creates governance-ready database structures, switches portal analytics to aggregate-only operation where the existing tracker is found, provides a privacy notice, adds a content-review model and media-approval model, and provides a retention maintenance script. It deliberately does not change existing passwords in this release.
